(1)    As of July 31, 2025 and January 31, 2025, accrued employee compensation included $9.7 million and $8.6 million, respectively, related to the portion of the incentive pool and other retention arrangements where continuing service is required arising from the Hearsay acquisition.
(2)    As of July 31, 2025 and January 31, 2025, other current liabilities included $15.5 million and $9.7 million, respectively, payable to Hearsay owners in connection with escrow funds held by Yext related to indemnity claims in connection with the Hearsay acquisition.
(3)    As of July 31, 2025 and January 31, 2025, other current liabilities included $8.8 million related to the incentive pool allocated to founders and early employees in connection with the Hearsay acquisition.
