| Company Overview | Company Overview Description of Business Braze, Inc., together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Braze”), is a cloud-based customer engagement platform that delivers customer-centric experiences across push notifications, email, in-product messaging, SMS, MMS and RCS messages, and more. Customers use the Braze platform to facilitate real-time experiences between brands and customers in a more authentic and human way. We began operations in 2011 and are incorporated in the state of Delaware. Our headquarters are located in New York City.
