| Commitments and contingencies | Commitments and contingencies Legal proceedings The Company is routinely a party to various legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of business. These legal proceedings primarily include employment-related and commercial claims. The Company does not believe that the outcome of any such legal proceedings pending against the Company would have a material adverse effect on the Company’s consolidated financial position, liquidity or results of operations.
