Subsequent Events	Note 15 — Subsequent Events On September 3, 2025, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire critical assets of a Global Organics Merchants, LLC, dba LoveBiome. The transaction is expected to close by mid-October 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory requirements. The Company has not yet determined the accounting purchase price allocation of the purchase consideration described above, which includes evaluating the fair value of the acquired assets and the valuation of contingent consideration to be transferred.
