On August 25, 2025, Mr. Da Yang tendered his resignation as an independent director of Park Ha Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), effective August 25, 2025. Mr. Da Yang’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
