Amended Insider Trading Policy
On August 19, 2025, Mobile-health Network Solutions (the “Company”) amended its Insider Trading Policy to add a blackout period for directors, officers, and designated insiders, prohibiting trading in the Company’s securities for two weeks before a material information announcement until immediately after such announcement.
