| EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN | 10. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN
The Company has made employee benefit plan in accordance with relevant PRC regulations, including retirement insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, housing fund, work injury insurance and maternity insurance.
The contributions made by the Company were $31,305 and $38,007 for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, from operations of the Company.
As of June 30, 2025 and March 31, 2025, the Company did not make adequate employee benefit contributions in the amount of $302,747 and $522,513, respectively. |
