The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) and the applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) regarding interim financial reporting. Certain information and note disclosures normally included in the financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP have been condensed or omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. We believe that the disclosures contained in these condensed financial statements are adequate to make the information presented herein not misleading. These condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements contained in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, filed with the SEC. The accompanying condensed financial statements are unaudited, but in the opinion of management contain all adjustments, including normal recurring adjustments, necessary to present fairly the Company’s financial position as of June 30, 2025, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024. The balance sheet as of December 31, 2024 is derived from the Company’s audited financial statements. The results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations to be expected for the full fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, MYC and NPD. All inter-company accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. |
