RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 2 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to Related Party The Company’s former CEO, Fei Wang, paid certain expenses on behalf of the Company. As of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the Company had a payable amount owed to him of $156,848 and $134,963, respectively.
