Notes payable to related parties consisted of the following:
May 2024 and December 2023 ($7,000 and $24,000) – On December 12, 2023, the Company issued a promissory note to a member of management. The promissory note accrued interest at a one-time interest fee of $2,460, which was paid off in full as of June 30, 2025. The unpaid principal balance was and $31,000 at June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively. |
