3. Shares owned by BW Capital Ventures LLC, a 10% or greater owner of the Company, and for which Mr. Bava has a 50% ownership as of 3/10/25, and 34.75% ownership as of 7/1/25. Mr. Bava disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
