Shipping and Handling Costs:	Shipping and Handling Costs: Shipping and handling costs on incoming inventory items are classified as a component of cost of goods sold, while shipping and handling costs on outgoing shipments to customers are classified as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses. The amounts of these costs classified as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses were $239,182 and $190,939 for the years ended May 31, 2025 and 2024. Shipping and handling activities that occur after the customer has obtained control of the product are considered fulfillment activities, not performance obligations.
