NOTE 2 – GOING CONCERN

The Company is still in the development stage. During the three-month period ended June 30, 2025, the Company did not generate any revenue and incurred a net loss of $3,164. Cash inflows to date have been limited, and the Company continues to rely on related‑party advances and other external financing to fund working‑capital needs. Management believes it has the ability to obtain financing, but there can be no assurance that such financing will be available on favorable terms, if at all. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern depends on its ability to raise additional capital and eventually achieve profitable operations. These financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
