Segment Reporting | NOTE 3. Segment Reporting
The Company operates as a single 1 operating and reportable segment, providing resource management expertise and services. Our Chief Executive Officer, who serves as our Chief Operating Decision Maker, evaluates the Company’s financial performance and makes resource allocation decisions considering our one geographical area and on a consolidated basis. Accordingly, the CODM considers the revenue, operating expenses, and other income (expenses) of our single operating segment as reported on the statement of operations and considers our current and total assets as recorded on the balance sheet. There are no additional expense or asset information that are supplemental to those disclosed in these consolidated financial statements that are regularly provided to the CODM.
