Legal Matters
From time to time, the Company may be involved in a variety of claims, suits, investigations and proceedings arising from the ordinary course of our business, collections claims, breach of contract claims, labor and employment claims, tax and other matters. Although claims, suits, investigations and proceedings are inherently uncertain and their results cannot be predicted with certainty. Regardless of the outcome, litigation can have an adverse impact on the Company because of legal costs, diversion of management resources and other factors. As of June 30, 2025, the Company does not have any commitment or contingencies. |
