Subsequent Events | 10. Subsequent Events On July 1, 2025, the Company entered into a Fifth Amendment with its 47 Thorndike Street Lease, extending the lease as a tenancy-at will and reducing the size of the premises. The original term was extended and will expire on the later of August 31, 2025 or the last day of any month identified by notice by the Company or Landlord to the other, not less than sixty (60) days in advance. The annual fixed rent for the period from and after August 1, 2025, is $230 ($19 for each month). |
