The Company has engaged Avior for the development of a novel formulation of itraconazole. Avior is a privately held drug development company whose President and Chairman of the Board, Niraj Vasisht, is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. During the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, the Company incurred $0.1 million and $0.02 million, respectively, of costs associated with its engagement of Avior.
