During the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, the Company did not sell or issue any Common Units. As described in Note 1, on July 11, 2022 the Company’s Members approved a reduction in Undrawn Commitments by $10.43 per unit, resulting in an approximately 41.18% reduction of overall remaining available capital commitments.
