Note 5: Fair Value of Financial Instruments

The Company had the following financial instruments as of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024: cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accrued liabilities. The carrying value of these financial instruments approximates their fair value based on the liquidity of these financial instruments and their short-term nature. Further, these financial instruments are considered at Level 1 fair value with observable inputs that reflect quoted prices for identical assets or liabilities in active markets. The following table provides information about the fair value of our cash and cash equivalents balance:
