Auditor Opinion [Text Block] We have audited the accompanying balance sheets of Rocky Mountains Group Ltd (the ‘Company’) as of May 31, 2025 and May 31, 2024, and the related statements of operations and comprehensive loss, statements of changes in stockholders’ equity, and statements of cash flows for each of the years in the two-year period ended May 31, 2025 and from the period of July 25, 2023 (date of inception) to May 31, 2024, and the related notes (collectively referred to as the “financial statements”). In our opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as of May 31, 2025 and May 31, 2024, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for each of the years in the two-year period ended of May 31, 2025 and from the period of July 25, 2023 (date of inception) to May 31, 2024, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
