The Company has entered into an interest rate cap contract in order to limit its exposure against the variability of future interest rates on its variable interest rate borrowing. The Company has not designated this derivative as a hedge for accounting purposes. The Company has not entered into a master netting arrangement with its third-party counterparty and does not offset on its consolidated balance sheets the fair value amount recorded for its derivative instrument. The table below provides additional information regarding the Company's derivative instrument as of June 30, 2025.
