| Revenue Recognition | Revenue Recognition The Company revenues in accordance with Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) 606, “Revenue from contracts with customers”. Revenues are recognized when control of the promised goods or services is transferred to our customers, in an amount that reflects the consideration we expect to be entitled to in exchange for those goods or services. The Company is not currently deriving revenue from its QAAS, Monitr, Noot or data center offerings but anticipates that this will change within the next 90-120 days. No revenues were generated during the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024. |
