Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 6, 2025, the Board of Managers of Andalusian Credit Company, LLC (the “Company”) declared a cash distribution on the Company’s limited liability company interests, par value $0.001 per share (the “Shares”), from taxable earnings, in an amount equal to $0.11 per share, payable on August 29, 2025 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2025.
