NATURE OF OPERATIONS	NATURE OF OPERATIONS i-80 Gold Corp ("i-80 Gold" or the "Company"), is a Nevada-focused, growth-oriented gold and silver mining company engaged in the exploration and extraction of gold and silver. The Company's principal assets include the Granite Creek property, Ruby Hill property, Cove property, and the Lone Tree property which includes the autoclave facilities. Each property is wholly-owned by the Company. The Company was incorporated on November 10, 2020, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s common shares and warrants are listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE American") under the symbols IAUX and IAUX WS, respectively, and on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the symbols IAU and IAU.WT.U, respectively. Its head office is located in Reno, Nevada. The executive office is located in Toronto, Ontario.
