Subsequent events	10. Subsequent Events On July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) was enacted in the U.S. The OBBBA includes significant provisions, such as the permanent extension of certain expiring provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and modifications to capitalization of research and development expenses, among others. The legislation has multiple effective dates, with certain provisions effective in 2025 and others implemented through 2027. The Company is currently in the process of assessing the potential impact of this legislation on its deferred tax assets, financial statements and related disclosures.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
