Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 7, 2025, K. Annette Hunter, Executive Vice President and Director of Business Operations of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank"), announced her retirement from the Bank, effective September 12, 2025. Ms. Hunter has served as Director of Business Operations since 2019, having previously served as Director of Accounting Operations since 2006. Ms. Hunter was promoted in that role from First Vice President to Senior Vice President in 2015, and to Executive Vice President effective on January 1, 2023. Ms. Hunter joined the Bank in 2002.
