| INVESTMENT IN EQUITY SECURITY | NOTE 5 – INVESTMENT IN EQUITY SECURITY
As at June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the Company’s equity investment consisted of common shares of WRR.
At June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the fair value of the equity investment was $63,767 and $60,462, respectively, based on the trading price of WRR Shares at June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024. Fair value is measured using Level 1 inputs in the fair value hierarchy.
During the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the revaluation of the equity investment in WRR resulted in a $1,471 and $3,305 gain, respectively, on the change in fair value of the equity investment (June 30, 2024 - $38,524 loss and $18,674 gain, respectively).
The Company did not sell any WRR Shares during the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024.
