SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events occurring after the balance sheet date through August 11, 2025, the date the financial statements were authorized for issuance. Based on this evaluation, and as described in Note 6 –“Commitments and Contingencies”, the Company has determined that there are no other subsequent events that require adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
