The fair

balance sheets. The
 
estimated fair value
 
of the Notes
 
as of
June 30,
 
2025 was
 
approximately $
298.9
 
million based
 
upon quoted
 
market prices
 
in a
 
market that
 
is
not considered
 
active (Level
 
2). The
 
estimated fair
 
value of
 
the Curragh
 
Housing
 
loan is
