Segment Reporting | 11. Segment Reporting Substantially all of the Company’s real estate assets, at acquisition, are comprised of real estate owned that is leased to tenants on a long-term basis. Therefore, the Company aggregates real estate assets for reporting purposes and operates in one reportable segment. The Company’s Chief Operating Decision Makers (“CODMs”) are its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. As the Company operates in one reportable segment, the CODMs are provided the consolidated income statement (detailing total revenues, total operating expenses, operating income and net income). This financial report assists the CODMs in assessing the Company’s financial performance and in allocating resources appropriately. |
