For the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company reimbursed zero and $0.5 million, respectively, to the Prior Adviser and the Prior Adviser agreed to permanently waive the remaining balance outstanding of $0.9 million. Accordingly, no amounts were eligible for reimbursement for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025.
