COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Litigation From time to time, the Company may become involved in legal proceedings or be subject to claims arising in the ordinary course of our business. We are currently not a party to any material legal or administrative proceedings, and we are not aware of any pending or threatened material legal or administrative proceedings against us. Commitments From time to time, the Company enters into arrangements with partners to acquire minimum amounts of media, data or messaging capabilities. As of June 30, 2025, the Company had commitments for future minimum payments of $13,071 that will be reflected in cost of revenues during the years from 2025 through 2029. Minimum payments are due in the remainder of 2025 and fiscal 2026 and 2027 in the amounts of $7,613, $3,833 and $1,625, respectively.
