Segment Information
The Company’s chief operating decision-maker (“CODM”), the Chief Executive Officer, manages the Company's business activities as a single operating and reportable segment at the consolidated level. Accordingly, the CODM uses consolidated net income, as reported on the consolidated statements of operations, to allocate resources as part of the annual planning process and to assess the performance of the Company's single reportable segment, primarily by monitoring actual results versus the annual plan.

The significant expenses reviewed by the CODM are cost of revenue, research and development, sales and marketing, general and administrative, and stock-based compensation, as presented in the condensed consolidated statements of operations. Cost of revenue, research and development, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenses include depreciation and amortization expense, which are disclosed in Note 4 "Property and Equipment, Net" and Note 5 "Intangible Assets", respectively. Other segment items consist of interest (expense) income, net, other (expense) income, net, and provision for income taxes, as presented in the condensed consolidated statements of operations.

The CODM does not evaluate segment performance using balance sheet information.

Revenue
Revenue by geography is generally based on the address of the customer as defined in the Company’s subscription agreement. The following table sets forth revenue by geographic area for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024.
