Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q and determined that there have not been any events that have occurred that would require adjustments to disclosures in the consolidated financial statements other than the following: July and August Debt Service Payments The debt service payments for the months of July and August under the non-recourse mortgages secured by the 1140 Avenue of the Americas and 400 E. 67th Street/200 Riverside Blvd. properties were not made in full by the rental income from the applicable property collected in the cash management accounts under control of the applicable lender. 1140 Avenue of the Americas Foreclosure Litigation See the disclosure with respect to the foreclosure litigation initiated as a result of alleged defaults under the loan agreement governing the indebtedness secured by our 1140 Avenue of Americas property set forth in Note 5 — Mortgage Notes Payable, Net— Debt Covenant Non-Compliance, Cash Sweep Events, Notices of Defaults and of Acceleration and Foreclosure Litigation
