RELATED PARTIES RELATED PARTIES
The Company engages in transactions with certain stockholders who are also members, ambassadors or customers. Such transactions primarily relate to their membership in the Wheels Up program, flights and flight-related services.
The Company incurred expenses of $0.1 million and $0.2 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively, and $1.0 million and $1.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, respectively, from transactions related to the Original CCA or Amended CCA, as applicable, with Delta. As of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, $0.5 million and $2.4 million, respectively, were included in Accrued expenses on the condensed consolidated balance sheet related to transactions associated with the Original CCA and Amended CCA, as applicable, with Delta.
