Restructuring of Operations Restructuring of OperationsOn May 1, 2025, we announced a reduction in workforce that impacted approximately 45% of our then-current employees. We expect the total cost of the current restructuring plan, which was largely completed as of June 30, 2025, to be approximately $3.8 million. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, one-time termination benefits totaling $2.7 million was recorded to research and development expenses and $1.0 million was recorded to general and administrative expenses. As of June 30, 2025, we have paid $3.2 million in termination benefits and an accrual of $0.5 million is recorded within Accrued Liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets.
