(3) Noncompetition Agreement

The CEO’s employment agreement provides for him to receive noncompetition payments for a twelve-month period following his termination of employment with USPB.

As of June 28, 2025 and December 28, 2024, the Company had accrued $0.4 million and $0.3 million, respectively, for the noncompetition agreement. The accrued amount is included in “Other liabilities” on the Balance Sheet.
