Organization, Consolidation and Presentation of Financial Statements [Abstract] | |
Fiscal Period | The Company’s fiscal year ends December 31. The Company’s second quarter ends on the last business day of the 13th complete week after the end of the prior quarter. As used herein, the second quarter results for 2025 and 2024 refer to the 13-week periods ended July 4, 2025 and June 28, 2024, respectively. |
Basis of Presentation | The Consolidated and Condensed Financial Statements included herein have been prepared by the Company pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“U.S. GAAP”) have been condensed or omitted pursuant to SEC rules and regulations; however, the Company believes that the disclosures are adequate to make the information presented not misleading. The accompanying interim Consolidated and Condensed Financial Statements and the related notes should be read in conjunction with the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 10-K”), filed with the SEC on February 20, 2025.
|
Consolidation | The Consolidated and Condensed Financial Statements reflect, in the opinion of management, all adjustments, which consist solely of normal recurring adjustments, necessary to present fairly the Company’s financial position and results of operations as of and for the periods indicated. Intercompany transactions and accounts are eliminated in consolidation. Certain line items on our Consolidated and Condensed Statements of Cash Flows have been reclassified to conform to the current presentation.
