Restricted Cash Restricted cash relates to certain bank accounts in Mexico that were retained following the divestiture of Frozen Fruit, which are subject to a judicial hold in connection with a litigation matter. Restricted cash has been classified as non-current on the consolidated balance sheets as at June 28, 2025 and December 28, 2024, as the Company cannot predict the timing of when this matter may be resolved.
