Share-based compensation expense was $4.5 million and $7.7 million for the three and six months ended June 28, 2025, respectively, and $5.0 million and $10.1 million for the three and six months ended June 29, 2024, respectively. As of June 28, 2025, we had $26.2 million of total unrecognized compensation expense related to non-vested share-based compensation arrangements. This cost is expected to be recognized over the remaining weighted-average vesting period of 1.8 years.
