At-the-Market Equity Offering
In October 2024, the Company filed a prospectus supplement to the prospectus included in its registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-281194), pursuant to which the Company may offer and sell, from time to time through Jefferies LLC, as agent ("Jefferies"), up to $100.0 million of common stock pursuant to an Amended and Restated Open Market Sale Agreement ("ATM Agreement") with Jefferies dated October 2024. As of June 30, 2025, the Company has not sold any shares under the ATM Agreement.
