| Related Party Transactions | 14. Related Party Transactions On May 1, 2025 the Company made a final payment of $6.3 million to Amgen under the Amgen Collaboration Agreement for research and development activities. The parties agreed that this is the final amount due under the agreement. During the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, the Company recorded $6.3 million and $0, respectively, of research and development expenses with Amgen. No expense was incurred during the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024. |
