| Subsequent Events | Note 15 – Subsequent Events Distributions On August 5, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share for the third quarter of 2025, payable on October 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2025. Leasing Activity During July 2025, the Company completed a new 5.4-year, 80,000 square foot lease at its property in Kennesaw, Georgia that is scheduled to commence in April 2028.
