SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 31, 2025, the Company purchased substantially all of the assets and assumed substantially all of the liabilities of Agile Onboarding, LLC. The purchase price is estimated at $2.0 million including an up-front payment of $1.5 million and another $0.5 million that may be earned within two years of the purchase date upon satisfaction of certain performance criteria.
