During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company made $1.3 million in contributions to the defined benefit pension plan and expects to fund an additional $1.7 million in the remainder of 2025.

Defined Contribution Plan

Texas Gas Transmission, LLC employees hired on or after November 1, 2006, and all other employees of the Company are provided retirement benefits under a defined contribution plan, which also provides 401(k) plan benefits to its participants. Costs related to the Company's defined contribution plan were $3.8 million and $3.6 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, and $7.6 million and $7.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024.
