SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events that occurred after June 30, 2025. On July 28, 2025, the Company sold 1,683,467 shares of stock for its self-hosted raise for gross proceeds of $1,834,264. In July 2025, option holders of the Company exercised 8,421,980 shares in options for gross proceeds of $333,451.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
