| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | NOTE 5 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of June 30, 2025, the Company owes $1,041,236 to pursuant to previously executed contractual arrangements. This amount represents 20% of the gross selling proceeds and reflects payments due under agreements related to prior equity transactions, including deferred or contingent consideration payable to such shareholders. These shareholders include current or former Company affiliates. Refer to Note 8 for further detail on the nature of this transaction.
