$25.6MM/2.10x. Per discussions with the Borrower, they are working towards securing a loan commitment from a lending institution for the refinance of the Property and anticipates full pay off of the Loan with a tentative closing date of 7/6/25.

 

The Lender is in continued discussions with the Borrower while simul taneously reserving all rights under the Loan Documents.
