Related-Party Transaction RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS We have an ongoing content sourcing agreement with DeepLearning.AI Corp (“DeepLearning.AI”), which is owned by our chairman and co-founder, Dr. Andrew Ng. This agreement was entered into in the ordinary course of business and subject to standard commercial terms. Fees associated with this agreement are included within cost of revenue in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations. We recognized content fees under this agreement of $2.3 million and $2.1 million during the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024 and $4.6 million and $4.4 million during the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024. Related outstanding content liabilities were $2.3 million and $4.1 million as of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024.
