Issuance of Press Release

On July 29, 2025, DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025 on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, and hold a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) on the same date to discuss such financial results.
